Training system: spurcordon and sapling with fruit 70 cm from the soil
Alcoholic content: 13,5 % Vol.
Ageing: Steel for 12 months and refining in bottles for 9 months
Organoleptic characteric: Red ruby colour with mauvish reflection, fragrance mulberries and very ripe raspberries with a hint of spices such as liquorice and cocoa, on the palate intense and full-bodied.
Fermentation temperature: 22°-27°
Harvest Period: End of september
